Recertification Journals |
|
Recertification is a simple process of obtaining a minimum of 18 recertification units (RUs) within your three-year certification period. Dont forget to keep track of your points! You may download a recertification journal from www.asq.org/certification/recertification/rucredits
Members of ASQ Section 1206 should send their recertification journals to:

Dont forget to sign the form, attach payment or credit card info and include a letter verifying RU's for employment. If you are including a certificate for internal training provided by your company, please make sure the number of contact hours is indicated on the certificate. These items are commonly forgotten and cause delays in processing.
